Why we exist

Search "peptides for dogs" and you will find a lot of vials for sale, a lot of dosing advice from strangers, and very few veterinarians. Owners end up buying research-grade powder from an overseas vendor, guessing at a dose from a forum thread, and giving it to a dog nobody has examined.

That is not a knock on the owners. They are doing it because the alternative, watching a dog they love get slower every month, is worse. But it is a genuinely risky way to run this, and the risk is concentrated in the cases where a veterinarian would have said no: the dog with an undiagnosed mass, the dog whose kidney values rule it out, the dog whose real problem is something a peptide will not touch.

We built Revive so the veterinarian comes first and the product comes second, and so the thing that arrives at your door was made by a licensed pharmacy against a prescription with your dog’s name on it.

What we will not do

These are commitments, not marketing lines. Hold us to them.

• We will not claim peptides cure anything. They are compounded preparations, not FDA-approved animal drugs, and the honest description is supportive.
• We will not sell without the veterinary call. Not as a funnel tactic. A prescription for an unnamed animal is not a prescription.
• We will not overstate the evidence. Most peptide research is preclinical. We will show you what exists and let you weigh it.
• We will not keep you on a protocol that is not working. If the day-30 and day-60 reviews show nothing, your veterinarian will tell you to stop.
• We will not compete with your primary veterinarian. Keep them. We will send them our notes.

How we make money

The $199 onboarding call and the $299 monthly protocol. That is the whole business. There is no affiliate revenue, no commission, and no tier to upsell you into, because all three protocols cost the same. When a veterinarian turns your dog down we refund the $199, which means we make nothing on that family. We turn families away regularly anyway. That is what having a veterinarian in the loop is for.

Where we can work

Veterinary telemedicine is regulated state by state. Some states let a veterinarian establish the required relationship over video; others want an in-person exam first. Send the intake form wherever you live. We read every one, and we will tell you what the path looks like in your state rather than bouncing you off a form field.
