Why families come to us

You have already tried the obvious things.

The joint supplement. The anti-inflammatory. The orthopedic bed and the shorter walks. Some of it helped a little. None of it gave you your dog back.

Peptides work differently. Rather than masking pain, they use the body’s own signaling molecules, short chains of amino acids that tell tissue to repair and inflammation to settle. Veterinarians have been using them in practice for years, and the families who find them usually wish they had heard about them sooner.

We are also going to be straight with you: this is not a miracle, it is not FDA-approved for dogs, and it does not work for every dog. That is exactly why we put a veterinarian in front of the purchase instead of a shopping cart.

How it works

Four steps, and a real appointment.

No storefront, no guessing at doses, no ordering something from overseas and hoping. A veterinarian looks at your dog first, and gets paid to be honest about it.

Book your DVM call
  1. Tell us about your dog

    5 minutes

A short intake form: breed, age, weight, what you are seeing, what has already been tried, and any medications or diagnoses. Send whatever records your primary vet has given you. We do not run tests ourselves, so their notes are what your DVM works from.

    Start the intake form →
  2. Meet your veterinarian

    $199, refundable

A licensed DVM reads everything before you speak, then talks it through with you by video, up to 30 minutes. They screen for the cases where peptides are a bad idea, and they tell you honestly if this is not the right tool for your dog. If that is the answer, the $199 is refunded in full.

What happens on the call →
  3. Get a protocol built for your dog

    Same day

If it is a fit, your veterinarian writes a patient-specific prescription: the right peptides, dosed to your dog’s weight and condition. All three protocols are $299 a month, so what you are choosing is the treatment, not a price tier.

  4. It ships, and we stay with you

    5–7 days to your door

A licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares your dog’s protocol and ships a 30-day supply. Your care team checks in at day 30, your veterinarian adjusts the dose as needed, and you can pause or cancel any month.

Pricing

One price for any protocol, less if you pay ahead

The part most companies skip

What we will not tell you

We will not tell you peptides cure arthritis. We will not show you a study in mice and call it proof in dogs. And we will not sell you a protocol your dog should not be on.

  • These are compounded preparations, not FDA-approved animal drugs. They are dispensed on a patient-specific prescription when a veterinarian determines no approved product meets your dog’s need.
  • Most peptide research is preclinical. It is promising for tissue repair and inflammation, and it is not the same as large randomized trials in dogs.
  • Dogs with active or recently treated cancer are not candidates. The same signal that helps a tendon heal could theoretically feed a tumor. We screen for this every time.
  • Some dogs do not respond. If yours is one of them, your veterinarian will say so and you should cancel.

Questions

The things families ask first

What actually happens on the DVM onboarding call?

Two parts. Before you ever speak, a licensed veterinarian reads your intake form, your dog’s history, your medication list, and any records you have sent, and forms a view. Then you meet by video for up to 30 minutes: they screen for the conditions that rule peptide therapy out, ask what the form did not cover, and if it is a reasonable fit they build the protocol, explain what it does and what it will not do, and set the markers you will judge it by. The $199 covers the review and the prescribing decision, not just the minutes on the call.

Why do you charge $199 when other places consult for free?

Because a free consult is a sales call, and this is not one. A veterinarian reading your dog’s history, screening for contraindications, making a prescribing decision, and standing behind it has a real cost, and the places that give it away recover it by selling you something at the end of every call. We would rather charge for the veterinary work and stay free to tell you no. If your veterinarian decides peptide therapy is not right for your dog, the $199 is refunded in full.

What if you tell me my dog is not a candidate?

Then you get your $199 back, in full, and you keep the recommendation. Your veterinarian will tell you what they would do instead, which is often a diagnostic workup, a conversation with your primary vet, or a different class of treatment entirely. That refund is not a goodwill gesture, it is the policy: we are charging for veterinary judgment, and if the judgment is no, you should not pay for a protocol you are not getting.

Do I need to leave my regular veterinarian?

No. Revive is built to work alongside your primary veterinary practice, not replace it. We will send your regular vet a summary of the protocol whenever you ask us to, and we encourage you to keep your annual exams and diagnostics with the practice that knows your dog.

Which states can you serve?

Send the intake form regardless of where you live. We would rather see your dog’s case than turn you away at a form field. Veterinary telemedicine rules are set state by state, and in some states a veterinarian needs an in-person exam before prescribing. Where that applies we will tell you directly and work out the path, which may mean a partner practice near you or coordinating with your own veterinarian. Either way you hear it from a person, after we have read about your dog.
